Cancer has affected us all at some point in our lives. I’ve lost my mom to cancer, have friends who are currently battling and I’ve watch other families struggle watching their child battle this horrible disease. I’ve seen how this evil disease destroys people first hand and there are days it haunts me still.
To attempt to help and bring awareness, I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research and standing alongside my friends at Thrive who have asked me to join them on March 14!
Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. Which is impossible to believe. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
