I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hi all,
I am going on my 10th time shaving a way to a cure. It is amazing to think back that my son Connor was first diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma that long ago! He had a good outcome, and is cancer free and pursuing a career as a chef - a career that he became passionate about while being treated at UNC Children's Hospital. While Connor had a good outcome, many thousands of kids are still battling cancer....so I will continue to battle with them, shaving to raise money for better cures for them, and by becoming bald I am joining them in solidarity. Please help make this 10th time special by giving what you can to help find cures and better treatments for childhood cancers of all types.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least ten years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
