Hello Lynnwood Friends and Family! Where has the past year gone? To think it was a year ago that we began raising funds for what would become the most overwhelmingly successful event of our fundraising career -- over $61,000!!! Can you believe it? We still can't. Well, boys and girls, the fight continues and we at Lynnwood Grill and Brewing Concern are pleased to announce that we will be holding our annual St. Baldrick's Event on April 24th, 2016 from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Our involvement with St. Baldrick's goes back several years and we are always so honored and humbled at the outpouring of love, support, donations, and dedication shown by our LG family and friends. You all blew us away last year and we can only hope for a repeat performance in 2016. For those that are unfamiliar with The St. Baldrick's Foundation, it is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization (with the exception of the U.S. Government). This research allows these children a chance... a chance for tomorrow...a chance of a healthy childhood...a chance to grow up. This year we have the lofty goal of $65,000!!! We will be looking for donations of every size, Shavee's and teams to raise money, the donation of goods and services for our silent auction, and of course, your support and attendance on April 24th, 2016. Won't you please join Team LG as we continue the fight against childhood cancer and the march towards a healthier, brighter future for these brave infants, children, young adults, and their families.
