I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Knights

So I have decided to join a team to raise money for pediatric cancer research. I will not be running a marathon, or walking a 5k. I will not become America’s next Ninja Warrior or peddling a 100km road race. So how am I going to raise money? I am going to shave my head completely bald and I need your help. My goal is to raise over $5,000 and I am well on my way.

The event I have joined is called “In the light of a Knight” and its supporting the St Baldrick’s Foundation for pediatric cancer research. The event will take place on March 21st, 2018 at 5:30 in New York City at the Churchill Tavern on 28th street between Madison and Park Avenues. I will be one of 8 men and women who will shave bald in solidarity with the hundreds of thousands of kids who are fighting the greatest battle of their young lives.

Join me, cheer me on, donate or simply wish me luck! This is going to be a thrilling event for me since the only time I have ever seen my head bald has been in baby pictures! Crossing my fingers that I have a good shaped head for bald!
