Friends and Neighbors,

On March 19th in the memory of my daughter, Tara, I will be shaving my head again (13th year) to raise money to help find a cure to Childhood cancer through the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Due to the pandemic Events and donations are way down. So, it is even more important to Please donate this year!!

Our team name this year is “Tara’s Team”, In Honor and Memory of my daughter Tara.

Tara was diagnosed just over 13 years ago with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare childhood cancer. Since then, every year I have shaved my head to raise money to stop this horrible disease.

Again, this year I will be listing the names of Businesses that support me.

Did you know, worldwide a child is diagnosed with cancer Every 2 Minutes(1 in 5 will not survive) and that St. Baldrick’s funds more research towards finding a cure for Childhood cancer than any other organization other than the U.S. government? Only 4% of government funding goes towards Childhood cancer research. (Kids don’t vote)

This is a horrible disease that takes too many kids and ruins too many lives. Shaving my head is what I can do to help stop the needless suffering that cancer causes.

I am asking that you please give what you can to help stop Childhood cancer.

To donate just Click the green “Donate” box and fill in your information.

It’s just that easy to help find a cure!

Tara was a big supporter of St. Baldrick’s and participated when she could.   Tara would want the fundraising to find a cure and better treatments to continue.

Thank You,

Mark Penton
