I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team CARR in California

I've answered the call to be a hero... AGAIN.


I'm going to shave my head to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.


On June 4, 2010, I shaved my head for the first time in memory of two very special people... My mom, Gayle Lister, who lost her battle with AML 10 years ago, and Laiken Kenwood, who lost her battle with ALL at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles ten years ago, at the tender age of 13.


Money raised for this cause goes to CHLA (and other worthy hospitals!), to help kids win their own battles with cancer... Kids like Fernando and Jillian.


Shaving my head to raise money to cure cancer was an amazing experience and I've done it so many times that I've lost count!... I am so excited about doing this again and leading my school's team in the fight against childhood cancers!
