Why am I shaving my head and face with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.

This will be my tenth straight year with St. Baldricks, and possibly my last for awhile. I need a break from hair and beard growth, so I will step back a bit and support others. Two years of pandemic with masks over beards. A nine year total of just over $48K. I would like to go out with a $10K year, and then turn my energy to recruiting others to make this sustainable. One last blowout at the Upper Deck! An April Fools Bash!

Year Amount Place

2013 $1,177 48/613

2014 $6,112 5/602

2015 $4,613 3/501

2016 $6,780 3/350

2017 $5,256 7/333

2018 $4,785 3/259

2019 $5,596 3/278

2020 $8,250 1/270

2021 $5,508 3/160

Nine Year Total - $48,097

Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
