I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
In high school, I lost a childhood friend to cancer and I've recently seen precious children we know who've been taken from their families and all of us too soon. Each of these kids made the world a better place and our world won't be the same without them. I've also recently had the joy of seeing a young lady we know celebrate her last treatment for leukemia. I'm donating and asking you to join me so that we can celebrate more and mourn less!
Of course, I'm also a shavee in honor of Brooks Blackmore and his family and their call for us to Be Brooks Brave! www.bebrooksbrave.com
Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
