I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Locks4Liv

Two years ago, our 13-year old cousin Olivia (aka Liv), was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, the third most common cancer found in children and teens.

We are happy to say that after almost a year of treatment, Olivia is in remission and doing great. Throughout the course of her treatment, we were  amazed and humbled by Olivia's strength, resiliency, bravery and positive attitude in fighting this battle.

She is an inspiration, and as a way to show our support, my sons Philip & Patrick and I will be shaving our heads at a St. Baldrick’s event on March 12th.

Olivia and her parents are fully aware that the success of her treatment, was in large part due to the years of research, and the difficult journey's of countless other children before her. The success rate in curing cancer in children has grown from 20% to 80% over the past 50 years because of organizations like the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Please help us support Olivia and other children by donating to St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
