I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I am the lead organizer for this years St. Baldrick's head-shave event at NU and I couldn't be more excited. If you got this far, clicked the link I sent you, thank you so much. As you check out my page I want you to know how incredibly important this organization is to me. My family has been rocked by cancer multiple times. Each year I shave, I remember them and their battles, some won their battles and some lost. These kids we are fundraising for deserve to have a childhood where they can go outside and play with their friends, not weeks in hospitals doing blood-tests and chemotherapy. If you're considering donating, know that being the lead-organizer of this event is one of the things I will look back on, knowing I made a huge difference. Thank you for your generosity and helping me approach my goal of $7,500 this year!
