I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I'm turning 60 in March and don't know what my true hair color is. Okay, we know it's gray, but what shade of gray? Soon we'll find out because I'm going to have my head shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research.
I've been blessed with good health thanks in part to the research that led to the early detection of precancerous polyps in my colon 20 years ago. Both Mom and Dad died of colorectal cancer at relatively young ages.
Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
