11 Years! This will be the 11th year that I have shaved my head for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research. It all comes down to numbers.

2 Family Members. I have lost my Mom when I was 4 years old and my Sister in 2011 to cancer.
3 Little Babies. Those are the reasons I started this quest. My Wife and 2 of her friends were all pregnant at the same time. Three babies were born. Our friend Monica and her Daughter Shannon, My wife Amberly and our son Robbie and our friend Aimee and her son Jackson. This summer Shannon and Robbie celebrated their 18th birthdays. Jackson was diagnosed with cancer shortly after birth. He only lived to see his second birthday. Robbie and Shannon are Freshman in college with their futures in front of them. Jackson will not have a future. If Jackson was born today, his odds of seeing his 18th birthday would be over 80% due to the research that we have all helped to fund through St. Baldrick’s. So for those kids who are born with cancer today, isn’t it worth a few bucks from those of us that are fortunate to have healthy kids to make sure they get to turn 18 and be a freshman at college? Just click the link and help out if you can! No pressure and thank you!
