I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I’m a high school student, and I cannot possibly hope to be mentally healthy, knowing how many people are diagnosed with life threatening cancers every day, and how many of them will not survive. I hope that by shaving my head, I can help raise awareness for childhood cancer, and that raising money will help go towards trying to find a cure for cancer.


Please join me in any way you can, whether it be shaving your head for awareness, donating your hair to make wigs for children affected by cancer and chemotherapy who don’t have hair of their own, or donating to help fund those who are putting millions of dollars and millions of hours toward a cure.


I have not been personally affected by cancer, but that isn’t stoping me, and it shouldn’t stop anyone else either. Thanks to those who support in any or every way possible, and to those who don’t, what are you waiting for? There is no better day than today to start helping those who really need it, so let’s start helping!
