Thank you everyone!!!

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for all of the donations and prayers. You are so kind to help me raise money for kids with cancer! With your help, I raised over $600 (they post the amount and names of the people who donated with checks when they receive them)!!! Our 300 local shavees raised about $125,000. Overall St.Baldricks raised over $18 million this year.

My family came and we took some pictures throughout the event that you can see in the photo gallery. The hair that the boys shaved was to just stand in solidarity with the children who lose their hair, but some girls showed up to get their hair shaved and their long hair was saved to help make wigs.

Thank you and love,

Cameron

ps...From 'mom'... :) Thank you all for your donations! This was a great cause and this particular organization has so many volunteers that it maintains a very high percentage of money going straight to the children! Good stuff. :)
Please send prayers for Uncle Will who is persevering with unbelievable spirit and family.
And, in loving memory of Cousin Katy Rex and Uncle Joe Cooke.
Love you all, Kristy

Dear friends and family,

We are one week away and I've answered the call to help raise money for children with cancer. This disease has directly affected two of my uncles and a second cousin who I never got a chance to meet.

I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I will post an ‘after’ picture following the event on March 27th.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

I know that times for many are tight, so whatever you can donate to this great cause would be wonderful. It all helps!

Donations can be made online through my site by clicking the "Make a donation".

Thank you very much,

Cameron Cooke
