I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I am also shaving my head because I am getting a stem cell transplant this summer to hopefully put my m.s. into remission. I have had my head shaved once before for St. Baldrick's and raised $1200.00. I hope to raise even more this time! My daughter, Shannon, has had her head shaved twice, when she was a student at Dummer, which was so wonderful of her. The school that I am raising money in honor of has been participating in St. Baldrick's for about 13 years. They usually raise around $20,000 each year, but unfortunately, because of the pandemic, they are not able to do it this year, so please help me raise funds, in their name.
I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive.
