My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Andrew appreciates everyone's support of childhood cancer research through St. Baldrick's Foundation. Andrew was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in May 2020 and went through 2.5 grueling years of treatment. During that time, he was cared for by the amazing staff of Akron Children's Hospital and was on the standard treatment side of a clinical trial. We are so thankful for the research that has been done before Andrew's diagnosis and we know that so much needs to be done for other pediatric cancers like Ewing Sarcoma which Andrew's aunt Justine had and passed away from in 2019. She was also a fierce advocate for childhood cancer awareness and research. These kids deserve better and we fight for and remember our friends Philip and Nora who were incredible warriors. Thank you to all who donate, sign up to shave their heads, volunteer, and spread the word! We appreciate you!
