My Story

Lilli was 8 months old when she was diagnosed with infant leukemia. After six months of treatment Lilli underwent a bone marrow transplant and remained in remission for 440 days. On Christmas Eve of 2009, Lilli's leukemia returned. And then, after lots more treatment, it returned again. Six days before her 4th birthday, Lilli left this world. While she was here, she was a beacon of light to everyone she met. Through her blind will and fantastic spirit to live, Lilli has touched and inspired countless people from around the world in thousands of different ways, that collectively will continue to make our world a better, brighter, more beautiful and loving place to live. Though her body is no longer here with us, her amazing spirit will continue to spread and shine its warm and inspiring light.
