My Story

Jack was diagnosed with brain and spinal cancer when he was two. He had an initial 14-hour life-saving brain surgery to remove a 6 cm mass from his little brain. He has endured fourteen additional surgeries and has had more than 270 weeks of chemotherapy. After all that, Jack is still battling cancer every day. He is an intelligent little boy that would surprise and uplift you because he never complains about his disease and loves life. He loves video games, movies, cars, being on the water and anything to do with trains. Please help save Jack's life! Join us and "Get Jacked!"
