My Story

FROM ANDREW: Hi - I'm Andrew!
I am currently a medical student at NYITCOM. 

As a childhood cancer survivor, supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation is deeply personal to me. The organization's mission to fund lifesaving childhood cancer research reflects not only my past, but also my future as a physician. I am proud to stand with them and all the volunteers that supported me!

Every year around the holidays, I collect toys to give to the sick kids that are undergoing cancer treatment. My foundation is called "Friends of Andrew". I have donated over 1,000 toys to the Long Island Ronald McDonald Houses, NYU Medical Center and Cohens Children’s Hospital. Thank you for supporting ST. BALDRICK's! 

FROM MOM & DAD: Andrew was diagnosed with High Risk Stage IV Neuroblastoma at 13 months of age. He endured surgery, high dose chemotherapy, 2 stem-cell transplants, and radiation therapy. We thank God each and every day for blessing Andrew with good health.
