Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

March Madness at Avalon

We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research at: Avalon’s Halloween Hair Razor for 150 NWP Blvd Tenants

As we have done in the past, Avalon will coordinate a NCAA March Madness pool. We are asking for $10 for each bracket entry. You can compete against your friends and coworkers to see who can predict the final four and ultimately the champion! $5 from each bracket entry will be donated to our St. Baldrick’s fundraiser. The rest of the funds will be awarded to the winning team or individual when the tournament comes to an end. Don’t hesitate to get your family involved too! Spouses, kids, neighbors – they can join in on the fun to help raise money for St. Baldrick’s. Participation, as always, is voluntary. If you would like to put a team together to make your picks or just enter on your own, you will have to be on your game! The selections don’t come out until Sunday, March 16th. That means you will need to submit your picks by the end of business on Monday, March 17th as the games begin on Tuesday! The NCAA didn’t leave much time between for us to pull things together, but it will all be part of the excitement! Scoring will be handled as follows: 2pts for 1st round 3pts for 2nd round 5pts for Sweet 16 8pts for Elite 8 13pts for Final Four 21pts for Champion
