Celebrating 25 Years

Let’s Find a Cure! In Memory of Derick the Defeater

We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research at: Shaving for Heroes 2023

My best friend Derick passed away almost 8 years ago when we were both 8 years old. Derick had brain cancer and fought so hard. Ultimately he went to heaven in March of 2015. I’ve made it my mission to raise money for childhood cancer research so that one day kids won’t have to die from cancer. Parents shouldn’t have to lose their kids and 8 year olds  shouldn’t have to watch their friends die. With your help we can fund new treatments and one day a cure.

What could be more important than saving the life of a child?

That’s what this fundraiser is all about. Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.

Your gift will give kids hope by supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
