Q&A

“When and where?”
The event will be held at 9:00 am, Sunday February 13th. Registration opens at 9:00 am. The race will begin at 10:00 am. The event will be held at the Millbrook Exchange Park at 1905 Spring Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615.

“How do I register?”
All registration will be done AT THE EVENT. Registration costs 15$ per person

“Do I have to run?”
No! You can walk, jog, run, or a little bit of each! The course isn’t very good for bikes and bikes may present some risks so biking is not allowed but you don’t have to run in order to participate!

“Is this a race?”
Yes, and No. We will be taking finish times but only if you’d like us to. At registration, the volunteer signing you up will ask you if you want your time to be recorded. If you would like to be timed, you will be given a racing number that will correspond with your time after you finish. We will post the link to the race results on this website.

“How can I help?”
The biggest help that I could ask for is a generous donation. Of course, donations aren’t required of you but the most important thing about this event isn’t race placement or how many people show up, it’s about how much money we can raise for St. Baldricks and pediatric cancer research! We have a goal of $2500 and it’s going to take a lot to get there!

What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child?

That’s what this fundraiser is all about: supporting childhood cancer research. Since the pandemic, donations are down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants.

Your donation will help find cures and give survivors the long and healthy lives they deserve. Can you help? Thank you!
