We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

The Detroit City FC will be supporting the St. Baldrick’s Foundation with a special tickets package that gives 40% of the ticket price to fund childhood specific cancer research. You can support conquering kids cancer and enjoy an amazing game at the same time. 

On Wednesday Sept. 27 at 7:30, Detroit City FC plays against the Colorado Springs Switchbacks at Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck. This is expected to be an amazing match.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer and donor powered charity committed to supporting the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. The St. Baldricks Foundation is the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Founded in 2012, Detroit City FC has established itself as one of the most talked about soccer teams in North America. Their club motto, Passion for Our City, Passion for the Game, evokes the three ideas the grassroots organization was built upon: to satisfy the demand for soccer in downtown Detroit, represent the city in a positive light, and build community through “the beautiful game.”
