The RVC St. Baldrick's Event is back in person! Saturday, March, 28, at the North Village Tavern (between Sunrise Hwy & train station). The event will be a very much down-sized, smaller event from the huge Parish Center events we have held over the past 25 years but will still be a great place to shave in solidarity, among others and connect with other St Baldrick's shavees and supporters as well as enjoy some of the great food and beverages the NVT has to offer. All shavees, ponytail choppers, and supporters, any age, welcome! Join us to have some fun – and be a hero for kids with cancer! Let’s surpass last year’s RVC’s almost $50,000 raised.
Come be a part of the 25th year of St. Baldrick’s volunteers working to Conquer Kids’ Cancer!
You’ll be giving hope to thousands of kids diagnosed with cancer every day – from babies and toddlers to children, teens and young adults. In fact, you’ll be saving lives! Your donations go to fund life-saving research and treatments to find cures and better treatments for all childhood cancers.
Our event will speed the search for cures through St. Baldrick’s, the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants.
Sign up to participate to shave your head or chop your ponytail or to raise money another way (run a race, walk, hold a bake sale, etc). 2026 t-shirts and lapel pins available free to all participants. Can’t join us? Please make a generous donation to give kids the long, healthy lives they deserve.
You can accelerate the next 25 years of cures for kids with cancer! Hope to see you there! I could use a volunteer or two and a barber or two—please email me if can do.
