Be a hero for Pittsburgh's kids with cancer! Last fall, we were honored to present a research grant to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC for $98,568.00. We were floored by last year's turnout and event proceeds. But, like any good thing, we know we can do better! That's why we have set a lofty goal of $100,000 for our Pittsburgh head-shaving event on March 16, 2013. Join the 'Burgh's biggest St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
