Registration for this years Van Holten Elementary School PTO Conquer Kids' Cancer Event is now closed as we reached our limit for Shavees. If you did not have an opportunity to sign up please search stbaldricks.org to find another open event. At the Event, students, parents and faculty of Van Holten Elementary School and our companion schools in Bridgewater are having their heads shaved on March 22, 2012 to help raise $$$$$$ for the St. Baldrick's Foundation! This year Principal Rauh will be captaining the Van Holten team as we have a friendly competition with Eisenhower Intermediate School whose team is being led by Principal Diskin!! Please show your support by sponsoring these courageous and selfless shavees. This year we are offering Beautiful Lengths and Locks of Love. Girls who donate their hair to these causes can raise money for St. Baldrick's as "volunteers" for our Event. We will have music, a basket auction, Sparky from the Somerset Patriots and tons of excitement as our shavees' show solidarity with children who lose their hair while being treated for cancer. At the same time we will be raising money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation which funds research for kids' cancer.
