Welcome to Quad City St. Baldricks!! This is our 2nd Annual event being held in the QC and this is your opportunity to be a hero for kids with cancer! We're having a St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope that you will be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you will be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Thank you! If you choose to support a participant or team at our event, your name will appear on their donor list. To support our event in general and appear on our event donor list, please click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. Our 2011 event was a great success as we raised just over $37,000 dollars and we shaved over 70 heads! For 2012, we've upped the stakes and are looking to raise more money and, most importantly, more awareness of childhood cancers.
