Event Details

Thank you for joining the LAFD and LAPD in this year's St. Baldricks event! In addition to raising money for kid's cancer by shaving our heads, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering other ways to help out as well such as: Providence Blood Donor Center's "Blood Mobile" will be accepting blood donations. National Bone Marrow Program will be registering new potential bone marrow matches. Childwatch will be offering free registration for their children identification services--which includes picture identification and fingerprinting. There will be a silent auction of a U.S. Women's Soccer team autographed jersey and ex U.S. Men's Soccer Team Goalie Kasey Keller's Game Worn Jerseys, with all proceeds to benefit St. Baldricks. So please donate to our cause, and come out and support us this year with your family and friends at Fire Station 89. We will be serving a free pancake breakfast and have vendors such as Starbucks and Red Bull handing out free beverages. Don't forget to bring your kids so they can see up close the fire engines and truck, and police vehicles on display!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
