Klein Creek Braves the Shave

On May 16, 2021 Klein Creek is braving the shave for the 2nd year in a row!  This year the event will be held at the Klein Creek Golf Club, where several Klein Creek neighbors are shaving their heads to raise money for childhood cancer research!  One of the shavees, Andrew Marvin, was diagnosed with high risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at 15 months of age.  After 40 months of chemotherapy, Andrew is in remission and doing well.  Today he and his neighbors are continuing the fight through head-shaving and fundraising!!


Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
