Team Nicholas A St Baldrick shaving event - VIRTUAL
Dear Team Nicholas
It is with a heavy heart that I am sharing the news that our event for March 21, has to be postponed. At the recommendation of the State Department of Health and the Diocese of Bridgeport - all non-essential meetings at churches and parish halls for the next several weeks have been cancelled.
We will work to find a new date a few months out.
Thanks for your understanding
Team Nicholas is dedicated to a friend of mine who’s grandson,Nicholas, was diagnosed with Leukemia on New Years Eve in 2017. Since that time Nicholas has been a fighter and is feeling better. He has good days and bad days, come out to shave or donate and help kids like Nicholas fight cancer
This will be my 5th year as a shavee and first year as the event organizer!
Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
