Puglia's Bald is Beautiful Event

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month! Be a hero for kids with cancer!

Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!

Richard Puglia will also be accepting donations at the event for the NYPD's PBA "Widows and Children’s Fund" in honor of all the fallen hero’s that we have lost on September 11, 2001.

"Johnny McGorey's Pub" is located across the street from the Massapequa Park train station, which is on the Babylon branch. There is also plenty of parking available. There will be an "open bar" opinion available from 1pm-5pm for $50. $15 for kids, includes chicken fingers, fries & unlimited soda.

If you or any of your family/friend's, decide in advance, to have there head shaved at the event, please click on the "join us" tab above to register. So, we can get a head count. Also, if you would like to receive a tee shirt for the event, you are encouraged to register by clicking the "join us" tab above, join the our team & either raise a minimum of or donate $50. Thank you in advance!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
