Sixth Annual St. Baldrick's on Maine Day

It's hard to believe that 6 years ago the University of Maine Circle K Club shaved the first head for our 1st ever St. Baldrick's on Maine Day head shaving event.

UMaine Circle K is gearing up for our 6th Annual Event and we are going strong as ever before! It is our hopes that together, with the UMaine and Orono Communities we can work together to raise awareness about pediatric cancer and help raise funds to support research that will hopefully one day allow for more birthdays for children around the globe!

I ask that each and every one of you who reads this, please consider making a donation to our event, or the St. Baldrick's Foundation in general and also think about making that step to show your solidarty  and #BraveTheShave. This cause is one that I and so many others have worked tirelessly for over the past few years. It has been my greatest pleasure to organize this event for the past 4 years and see the hope and compassion it inspires in our community.  I hope that you will join us in making a difference in the lives of children everywhere

Yours in Caring,

Daniel Norwood

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
