Shaves That Save at the RSA Conference

#ShavesThatSave!  Bald information security professionals at the RSA Conference!   We have 10+ representatives across the industry shaving their heads, and others volunteering to help!   DJ Ka'nete will be spinning through the event, while we shave heads and raise money for a great cause.   The 501st Legion, Golden Gate Garrison will be there for pictures with Star Wars characters!  Come join us at 6 PM on Wednesday, February 15th in the Viewing Point Room at the RSA Conference US 2017.  The Viewing Point is directly across from the South expo hall, and is the same location where the Innovation Sandbox is hosted.   You need a RSA Conference pass to attend.  (Expo Passes are fine.  You can register for an Expo Pass FREE with code XE7RAPDD7 at https://www.rsaconference.com/events/us17/register) While the events are a whole lot of fun, the real goal is to raise money for research that will help save kids lives. The shavees stand in solidarity with kids who typically lose their hair while undergoing treatment for cancer.  And they could use your support with donations and to come cheer them on in person!   The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers! We are incredibly grateful to the RSA Conference for donating space for the event right off the expo floor, Rapid7's Event Management Team for bringing the event to life, DJ Ka'nete for donating his services, and the 501st Legion, Golden Gate Garrison! In addition, we thank Entrust Datacard, MIS Training Institute, Secure Ideas and Securosis for their corporate sponsorship support!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
