Be a hero for kids with cancer!

Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

This will be my 2nd event, Beachwaves Salon and Barber is very proud to be able to do this event again! Last year we raised right near our goal and we hope to surpass that this year. I have always wanted to do this event since I originally heard about it about 12 years ago. Then a few years back a customer of mine turned 4 years old and became very ill, he was diagnosed with ALL a type of leukemia. Such a tough little boy having to go to get treatments so often and still being so strong and positive! Now this year another one of my clients' grandchild has developed a brain tumor. #perrynstrong . So now it is my goal to raise as much money as we can to help childhood cancer research!!

***We will be having lots of fun at 10th Street Grill located at the North Topsail and Surf City line at the bar-muda triangle. THIS WILL ALSO BE THE REOPENING FOR THIS BUSINESS SINCE THE STORM! ***

Outside on the main stage we will be having live music with Matt Bowlin and the hair cutting main event, later having Slim & None! BbQ Plates from 2 until its sold out! All $$$$ to the children!

Please come out and support our local businesses and kids cancer research!
