All Shavees can join us anytime from 10am to 6pm on Friday, March 15 at The Signature Room, with easy access from surface parking. No appointments necessary. We encourage shavees to bring friends and family to lend support while you shave your head for this amazing cause!
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. As a Foundation, St. Baldrick's doesn’t handle donations of hair. This is so we can focus solely on funding the most promising research for childhood cancers.
Many participants do choose to both fundraise with us and keep their hair to personally donate to a wig-making organization; that’s a great way to get two benefits from one effort! Anyone choosing to keep their hair should inform Dena Ferone, our local event organizer, and come prepared with hair bands and a bag to collect the hair.
