Hello! We, of the Des Moines University Oncology, are taking a stand against childhood cancer. It has no place in this world and we are joining the effort to one day make it merely a page in history textbooks. Today, cancer comes in all shapes and forms and effects the oldest to the youngest amongst us. It does not discriminate and it is ruthless. In children, cancer is the number one cause of disease-related deaths, according to the American Childhood Cancer Organization. However, childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. We are aim to change that. Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. We have several students on our team who, as a sign of solidarity, have opted to shave their heads if our goal is met!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

It's all about the kids. Let's fund childhood cancer research to help kids grow up cancer-free. Get involved or make a donation today, and click a photo below to see why we need cures now.
