We have answered the call to be heroes! We've teamed up to have our heads shaved – to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
We have chosen to have our heads shaved in honor of a little girl named Kristen Shinebarger. She was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma in 2010, and has been fighting bravely since. She recently had to have her leg amputated when her cancer came out of remission, but has not lost heart. She is one of the bravest little girls that we know and is truly an inspiration to all of us to never give up no matter what obstacles life throws at us. Please help us honor and support this amazing young lady and all families with childhood cancer, by fighting for a cure!
You can help us support childhood cancer research by making a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when we ask for your support, we're really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
