Hello Everyone and thank you for supporting not only the St. Baldricks Foundation but the North Haven Police Department. We are so excited to be partcipating in G-Salons Event for our second year. We are going to do everything we possibly can to reach and exceed our last year totals. In order to reach our goals we need support from our family, friends, and co-workers. As a Police Department we believe these children need heros. Not just the type of hero that comes running to the rescue when the call for help comes in, but the type of hero that can kneel beside a less fortunate child and lend a comforting hug. These children dont just need heros that are going to shave their heads and say, "Look at me...I'm bald too," they need heros that are going to expand their efforts beyond their normal, everyday, scope of duties and work day in and day out to raise as much money as possible to help find a cure. Heros are those people that put themselves and their own well-being aside to help those in need around them. As Police Officer we believe our job is never done and we are trying our very best to be those "HEROS!" There is no way we can accomplish these tasks without the help and support from all of YOU! So reach into those pockets and donate whatever you can. We are not asking for large donations (obviously they are greatly appreciated) but rather $5, $10, $20, or anything you can give. Remember this is about the children, particularly those in need, so every little bit helps! You can donate by simply visiting either the "North Haven Police Department" Team Page or the "G-Salon" Event Page and clicking on "Make A Donation." Once you have done this it is self explanatory and very simple!!! Thank you in advance from the North Haven Police Department!
