We are those who represent the local Mullet Community here in Hampton Roads. We are not a large chapter but we plan to grow as much as we can over the next few months. Participation is strict and on terms based of ridiculous actions and Mullet haircuts. If you wish to apply, you must have had a 1970s chevy parked in your front yard for at least 8 years and the back yard must be comparable to a jungle.
