My name is Rich Radil and I am known as the Chief to these young men whose parents approached me to show their boys the ways of the outdoors. I accepted, and it has changed my life much the way St. Baldrick's has changed my life 3 years ago. Through the kids at St. Baldrick's and now these boys I try to always realize how lucky I am and I want to do so much for all kids. I have tried to show these young men some things that are important to me, and I could not do it without exposing them to St. Baldrick's because of how important it has become to me. I offered them the privelege to shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer, and with the support of their great parents they all agreed. My 2 oldest sons, RJ and Will, shaved with me last year and I thought I could not be any more proud as a parent and teacher; but something tells me that on March 7, 2009 I will be the most proud person in Helen Fitzgerald's.
