Hello everyone, this year I and a few of my coworker's have decided to do a team shave again for St. Baldricks. As you know I have shaved my head every year for St. Baldricks for the past 6 years, this year will mark my 7th year shaving and entrance into the prestigious honor of being a Knight of the Bald Realm. Fellow Teammates Jonathan Thornton has participated for the last 3 years , Jose Razo who has participated for the last 2 years, and young Will Mifflin son of our co-worker Krystal who has also participated for the last 2 years are joining me as well. We will be joined by two other coworkers both first time shavees. Jon George and my wife Katelyn Nelson, Katelyn has agreed to shave her head as long as we meet our goal of $1500.00!

We are once again doing this in honor of a brave little girl who was diagnosed with Wilms stage IV tumor a week before her 8th birthday; As a result she has had her kidney removed but not her sass-a-frass attitude! Our team is dedicating our shave again this year to Emma; we have named our team Emma's Purple Promise Keepers. As FedEx employees and keepers of the Purple Promise we strive to make every experience outstanding, we hope that this endeavor can make the good parts of Emma's journey outstanding and encourage her to keep fighting the good fight year after year!

We are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

It's all about the kids. Let's fund childhood cancer research to help kids grow up cancer-free. Get involved or make a donation today, and click a photo below to see why we need cures now.
