Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Moriartys of Newtown

12 years. Hard to believe Brendan and I have been reaping the benefits of our generous and kind friends, family and extended relationships for 12 years. Allow me to share why we do it.

We do it to honor Brendan's aunt and my sister-in-law Meg, whom neither of us got to meet, but who has been an essential part of our lives. It's easy to have healthy children and forget how grateful you should be. Thanks to Meg, Regina and I savor their health, and our children know they are blessed.

We do it to honor my friends' son, Oliver, who was taken from Luke and Jen far too soon, but left a mark that continues beyond his years.

We do it to do some good, in a world where goodness can be forgotten too easily.

We do it because you all support us, and we value that you think enough of us to make the effort.

We do it to repay your investment in us. Whether you've given money once, twice or 12 times, or been kind enough to share our effort with your network, we appreciate your effort to support childhood cancer research.

We do it together, because we can, and we want other fathers and sons and mothers and daughters to have that chance to do something good, together.

So we are back for Year 12, and we are thrilled. Thank you for your support. Please give if you're able, and share if you would be so kind.
