At Connecticut Children's, we know just how important the funds raised by St. Baldrick's are. The children and families who made 8,000 visits to our Division of Hematology/Oncology last year rely on the promise of new treatments and cures that are ONLY possible because of philanthropy.
In 2011, St. Baldrick's provided important early-stage funding for research by our colleague, Dr. Olga Salazar. That support is allowing her to understand how to identify heart damage caused by the chemotherapy so many kids rely on to beat cancer.
We're honored to help raise funds to support St. Baldrick's, our colleagues here at Connecticut Children's, and across the country whose research is only possible because of this great organization!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

It's all about the kids. Let's fund childhood cancer research to help kids grow up cancer-free. Get involved or make a donation today, and click a photo below to see why we need cures now.
