Online ticket sales will be available until Thursday, March 6 at 12pm.  

1. Please make a donation on the Basket Raffle Team page (this page)

2. Send proof of your donation to michele.rothstein@uhhospitals.org 

3. Please fill out the google form to indicate the number of tickets you would like in each basket: https://forms.gle/gn68C3tSLWxAQRwF9


(Steps 1 -3 must be completed by Thursday, March 6 at 4pm for your tickets to be processed)


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GOOGLE FORM HAS BEEN CLOSED! JOIN US TOMORROW IN THE ATRIUM AT UH Cleveland Medical Center.


If you see this message after 4pm on Thursday, March 6, you can buy your tickets in person on Friday, March 7 in the Atrium.  All baskets will be on display on Friday, March 7 from 7am - 2:30pm. Ticket sales will end at 2:30pm and winners will be picked at 3pm. You don't need to be present to win. Winners will be called at the number provided on the tickets.
