Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Team LOLA!

From her Family: This is our Vaiola…

Vaiola MeleRose Rodoni, but she loves to go by Lola.

She is BRAVE.

She is STRONG.

She can do hard things.

As we begin this roller-coaster of a new life, I just want to say how great our God is. I truly believe that through Him, we can do all things. He never gives us more than we can handle. He has surrounded us with comfort and patience, often in the form of family, friends, and Lola’s amazing medical team.

We are so thankful for the support we’ve received from our loved ones, our military family, and our friends. This journey started with a terrible turn.

What was supposed to be a simple doctor’s visit became something none of us saw coming.

Our Lola has been diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). It came as a complete shock. Every day is hard for her, but every day I get to see her push herself to be just a little better than the day before.

She is our hero.

It is heartbreaking to see your child struggle and not be able to take away their pain. I am so grateful for my loving husband and our beautiful children who have all come together to support Lola in every way they can.

We have felt the power of your prayers. Please keep them coming. Every bit of love matters.
