For the longest time, I have been known for my hair. It has become my signature... but the unfortunate truth is that countless children are being robbed of their signatures each and every day as they battle cancer. This has to stop. This year, I have signed up to shave my head in honor of those people I love who are fighting cancers of all kinds and those loved ones I have lost to this terrible illness. Human hair wigs for cancer patients can cost anywhere from $600-$12,000. Keeping this in mind, I have set a goal of $2,000 - the equivalent of two nice, human hair wigs. The best part, though, is that your donation does not go towards a wig, a temporal fix for one or two children... it goes towards a permanent end to childhood cancer, ensuring no child is ever robbed of her flowing hair.
