I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive.

My daddy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer five years ago and our family knows first hand the importance of life-saving research efforts.

Also, my amazing 4th grade teacher's daughter Mary Harper is a fighting cancer survivor. In August 2017, Mary Harper was diagnosed with Stage 4 Wilm's Tumor at the age of 3. She endured 8 months of chemotherapy and radiation. On April 10, 2018 Mary Harper finished her treatment. She has continued to receive scans every 3 months and each scan has been all clear! Mary Harper is now 5 years old and enjoying Kindergarten, gymnastics, soccer, and painting. She is a constant reminder of how precious life is and how to stay positive even when it seems impossible.

I want fewer and fewer families to experience a cancer journey. I want to be a part of the solution and would love your support in fighting childhood cancer!
