I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Big Dogs

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Big Dogs

It's 2017 and again I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! I've been growing my hair out in preparation for year 6! (Let me tell you, getting my head shaved is no big deal. Growing it out ahead of time? Absolutely brutal!) I'll be auctioning off my eyebrows and beard this year too. I'm honoring Ben again this year, he is going through his fifth relapse right now. No kid should have to endure cancer, but to have the ups and downs of multiple relapses takes an unimaginable toll. Having my own medical problems I understand the rough road but I could not fathom having the ongoing treatment, remission, relapse cycle. Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for Ben and the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. St. Baldrick's is the largest contributor of funds, second to the Federal government thanks to donations from you! I thank you, Ben thanks you and all of the kids, current and past, thank you too!

If you're in the south Aurora area, come by for the festivities! Big Dogs Huge Paws will have several of their adoptable dogs again in addition to all of the other happenings scheduled!
