I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Camp Wapiyapi

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Camp Wapiyapi

I have volunteered at Camp Wapiyapi as a companion for the past three summers. I have seen so much healing that comes from this camp. The kids that come through the camp are the strongest and most mature kids I have ever met, and they inspire me to cherish life. Their families are also very inspirational, as they are such a strong support for the community at large, but especially for the child going through the cancer treatment. I also would like to thank all that the Wapiyapi directors and counselors have done for this camp- it is "The Best Week of the Year"! I want to dedicate this event to all of the kids that have gone through childhood cancer, especially those from Camp Wapiyapi, like Jacob who I am supporting.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
