This is my 4th year shaving my head in honor of my friend Summer!
I signed up for St. Baldricks to honor the memory of my friend Summer Earl. Summer went home to be with our Lord just a few days before I would shave my head in 2014. My friend Summer was diagnosed with a brain tumor on the stem of her brain. The doctors told her family that she would not survive this type of cancer. I have many memories of Summer but my last memory of her was when I brought her a Frosty from Wendy's. I'll never forget her smile. I have set out to make it my goal in life to help find a cure for childhood cancer. I can not do this alone. I need your help! Many organizations including our government do not give enough funding for childhood cancer. This is why donating to a KIDS only foundation like St. Baldricks is so important. Please make a small donation today, to make a BIG difference tomorrow in so many kids lives!
I have set a personal goal of $1200! Please help me save lives!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least seven years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
